Brice Wiggins


A Pascagoula, Mississippi native, Brice Wiggins has been engaged in the practice of law since 1998 when he worked as an associate attorney for Colingo, Williams, Heidelberg, Steinberger & McElhaney. He later spent 7 years as an Assistant District Attorney for the 19th Judicial District, where he handled a wide variety of criminal matters. In 2011, Brice Wiggins founded Wiggins Law, PLLC, where he handles general litigation, family law, corporate law, trucking litigation, and municipal court matters.

In addition to being the founder and partner of Wiggins Law, PLLC, Brice Wiggins also serves as a State Senator, representing District 52, covering south Jackson County, including the cities of Pascagoula, Ocean Springs, and Gautier. As senator, Brice Wiggins was recognized as the Legislator of the Year in 2013 and awarded the Outstanding Leadership as an Advocate for Victims' Rights in 2014.
